2026 Registration Fees

| Early Bird Registration | January 1 - January 31 | $250 |
| Standard Registration | February 1 - February 15 | $300 |
| Late Registration | February 15 - February 28 | $350 |
| Express Tournament Teams for 10U and up | Until March 1 | Additional $150 |
What age division will my player participate in?
USA Softball has changed the age cutoff starting with the 2024 season. Use the resources below to determine the age divisions for your players.
Scholarships
Limited scholarship funds are available each season. Scholarships will be awarded based on need and merit, and are not guaranteed to all applicants. Scholarship deadline is February 1st.
The scholarship committee will review all applications and will recommend applications to the board. Scholarships will be awarded within 30 days of the application deadline.
If you are selected for a scholarship, you will be emailed a code to use during the registration process. All applications remain confidential.
